Sunsets always captured my eye..

For my final posting I was going to do a whole makeup post.  However with busy schedules, I had no one to do model for me.  So I turned to Sunsets.  During the week and well one is from the winter time, I have captured some beautiful ones, and a sunrise. Also my dog is included because who doesn't love photographing their pets right?  This class has taught me how to form my angles right to capture the right light.  I have always enjoyed edited but now I know what to look for while I am editing.

    I love the sweet smile of your pup in the top shot...

    Sunsets offer a great opportunity to work with interesting light. Having a contrasting element such as tree branches and even power lines adds lots of visual interest... Just pointing your camera at the color in the sky with not much else is less interesting... So well done.I like the women in the bottom shot. The proportion of sky, land, water and lamp/people placement is well seen.
